Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Rental Agreement

By booking inventory through this portal, you agree to the terms of the rental agreement. All equipment remains the property of Team One Exhibits, Inc. The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the exhibition start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 15-30 days are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the start date.

3. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your company data and personal information are used solely for the purpose of managing your bookings and improving our services. We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.

• Data Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
• Secure Payments: Payment information is handled by industry-standard providers like Stripe.
• Account Access: You have the right to request deletion of your account at any time.

4. Liability

Team One Exhibits, Inc is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our rental equipment or delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
