1 Getting Started

To begin using the portal, you first need to create a corporate account. This allows you to access exclusive pricing and inventory management features.

  • Click on "Get Started" in the top navigation.
  • Fill in your company details and professional email.
  • Verify your account through the confirmation email.

2 Browsing Catalog

Our catalog is organized by category to help you find the perfect display kit for your booth size and requirements.

  • Use the sidebar filters to narrow down by booth dimensions or style.
  • Check real-time availability on the calendar view.
  • View detailed high-resolution images and set-up requirements for each item.

3 Booking Process

Once you find the items you need, the booking process is straightforward:

  1. Add items to your rental cart.
  2. Select your exhibition start and end dates.
  3. Provide venue information and shipping details.
  4. Review and confirm your order.
Note: Booking requests are processed within 24 hours. Your inventory is locked once the payment is confirmed.
